Instructions

1. Prepare the Mixture

  • In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, ½ cup breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  • Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined and form a thick mixture.
