Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

 

Ingredients:

• 3–4 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges

• 4 tablespoons olive oil

• 2 teaspoons salt

• 2 teaspoons garlic powder

• 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

• ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice each half into 3–4 wedges depending on the size.

3. Season the Wedges

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.

4. Add the Parmesan

Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese over the wedges and toss gently to coat.

5. Arrange for Baking

Place the wedges skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

6. Bake

Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the edges. You can broil them for an additional 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.

7. Serve

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce—like ranch, ketchup, or garlic aioli.
