Ultimate Chicken Casserole 😋
This creamy, comforting casserole was a hit at my dinner party! Tender noodles, shredded chicken, bacon, corn, and a crispy topping make it irresistible. Adding a little cornstarch can help thicken the sauce, but otherwise, it’s perfect as is.
Ingredients

2 cups egg noodles, cooked

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

2 cups corn (frozen or canned)

1 cup milk

2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 oz each)

1 onion, diced

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)

1/2 cup cooked, chopped bacon

3/4 cup French fried onions

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Mix the Casserole
In a medium bowl, combine cooked noodles, shredded chicken, corn, milk, cream of chicken soup, diced onion, garlic, cheese, bacon, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Assemble
Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan. Sprinkle the French fried onions evenly on top.
Bake
Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve
Remove from oven and serve warm. Enjoy the creamy, cheesy goodness!
