Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded boiled chicken (or rotisserie)

  • 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup

  • ¼ cup cooked and crumbled bacon

  • 1 ½ cups sour cream

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • Half a bag shredded sharp cheese

  • 12 oz junior biscuits

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
If not using rotisserie or canned chicken, boil chicken until cooked through, then shred.

Step 2: Mix the Filling
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, crumbled bacon, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.

Step 3: Add Cheese
Stir in half of the shredded cheese.

Cut junior biscuits into quarters.
