Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)

  • 1 egg

  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix the Dough – In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, almond flour, salt, and cayenne pepper. Crack in the egg and mix until a dough forms.

  3. Roll & Cut – Place the dough on parchment paper. Press or roll it out to about ⅓-inch thickness. Cut into small squares using a knife or pizza cutter.

  4. Bake – Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto a baking sheet. Bake for 15–17 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.

  5. Cool & Serve – Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
