Cheesy Chicken Fritters
These Cheesy Chicken Fritters are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with savory flavor. They’re quick to make, kid-friendly, and perfect as an appetizer, snack, or even a main dish with a fresh salad or dipping sauce.
Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 large eggs

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup mayonnaise

Oil, for frying
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, flour, and mayonnaise. Mix until fully combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a thin layer of oil.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the skillet, flattening slightly to form fritters.

Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Transfer to a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
